We use the best known topsoil in the area for so much less. From as low as $15/ yard plus delivery for soil or mulch, I don’t think you’ll find better. We have been using this same material for over 6 years and have not received one complaint. Most are extremely satisfied at the quality. The soil meets level one standards for growing and is often used to not only grow grass but flowers, shrubs and trees as well. This is the same soil used by the city of Nanaimo and must meet a high level of standard. Therefore it is regularly tested to meet various parameters and also regulated to ensure there are no invasive weeds. The mulch is a medium type mulch with nice bark colors.
